Submit or delete a unit from the next published housing
list
If you are a property owner or landlord with a unit you would like to rent through CMHA's Section 8 housing program,
complete and submit the form on this page.
Please note the following:-
All submissions MUST be made prior to the 25th of each month in order to be included in the next Housing List which
is issued on the first business day of each month. Units must be inspected and meet inspection standards before tenants can move in.
All units are removed from the list monthly. If you have a unit that remains un-rented and you would like it to appear on the next
month's list, you must submit it again. If you submitted a unit but already rented it before the 25th of the month, you can fill in
the details for the unit on the form below and select Delete Unit from the drop down box.
