Housing Choice Voucher Assistance e-Payments
CMHA has partnered with U.S. Bank E-Disbursement
Service (EDS)to provide HCV assistance payments
electronically. With the E-Disbursement Service
system you will be able to enjoy benefits such as:
- Select how to receive your payment: deposited directly into
your bank account or on a pre-paid debit card.
- Access online remittance data to view, print, save or
download detailed payment information.
- Receive your payment in a way that is fast, "green", secure
and easy.
- Log into the online system and update personal or bank
account information or view your payment status at any time.
Registration
To sign up for
electronic payments, please complete the
ACH
Payment Authorization Agreement
and return it to CMHA. Within 10 days of CMHA’s receipt of your ACH
Agreement, you will receive a letter from CMHA that contains specific
information you will need to complete your on-line registration. With the
registration letter and the
Quick Start Guide,
you will easily be able to complete the registration process in just a few
minutes.
