Employment Opportunities
Occupancy / Certification Coordinator (Annual salary $40,252)
Incumbent reports to the Program Manager. The incumbent
assists the Manager with the operation of the Application
and Continued Occupancy Program to ensure that timely and
accurate services are provided and to ensure conformance
with CMHA policies.
Minimum requirements
- College course work with an attained level of an Associate Degree in
business, accounting, housing management or related fields or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years' previous experience in a supervisory position
preferably in Property Management, Application, Continued Occupancy process
and customer service environment desirable.
- Must pass Certification Test for Certified Manager of Occupancy within 12
months of date of hire.
- Demonstrate strong organization skills.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communications skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently.
- Valid Ohio Drivers License with good driving record.
