Employment Opportunities
Assistant Property Manager (Annual salary $34,214)
Incumbent reports to the Property Manager. The incumbent
will assist the Property Manager in directing the on-site
operations. Acts on behalf of the Property Manager in their
absence. On call 24 hours a day, seven days per week,
supervise and coordinate the daily work flow for maintenance
employees. Duties performed with occasional direct
supervision and are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
Minimum requirements
- Requires Associate Degree. Familiarity with PC-based computer application
for management reporting systems. Two (2) years of experience may be
substituted for up to one (1) year of college.
- Must have three (3) years of experience in property management and/or
housing operations of which two (2) years in tax credit administration and
compliance preferred.
- Must be certified housing, apartment or accredited residential manager or
be able to obtain certification within one (1) year of employment.
- Must have the ability to handle certain situations with tact and maintain
a professional attitude when working with residents, community groups and
co-workers.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communications skills.
- Valid Ohio Drivers License with good driving record.
