CMHA Board

CMHA policy is determined by its five-member Board of Commissioners, who serve without compensation for five-year terms. The Board comprises two members appointed by the Mayor of the City of Columbus, and one appointee each from the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Court and the Franklin County Commissioners.

The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority serves the community by helping people access affordable housing. By working with our collaborative partners, we develop, renovate and maintain housing, promote neighborhood revitalization, and assist residents in accessing needed social services.
